It’s also a good base if you want easy access to Chaweng’s nightlife (a 10-minute taxi ride away) while retreating back to a peaceful spot at night.
The only downside? If you’re someone who craves constant entertainment and variety, you might find Choeng Mon too sleepy.
Then again, within a short taxi ride, you’re at the epicenter of the island.
